PODOLAB® START

The Podolab® Start is a solution designed specifically for thermoforming orthotics. Compact, ergonomic and high-performance, it combines all the essential features to support you in your day-to-day practice, even where space is limited. Thanks to its compact design and robust frame, it fits easily into practices with limited space.

With its intuitive interface, the Podolab® Start allows you to easily select the heating mode – manual or automatic – and adapt each cycle to your protocols. The Warm-Up function ensures rapid temperature rise and optimised preheating to promote homogeneous mixing of materials. Its ergonomic control panel allows you to start heating cycles in pairs with just a few simple steps, for straightforward and efficient day-to-day use.

Three pre-programmed modes – M1, M2 and M3 – allow you to quickly run the most common protocols. The programmable memory settings also offer advanced customisation of temperature and heating time, so you can tailor the cycles precisely to the needs of your practice.

Equipped with a powerful vacuum pump, the Podolab® Start ensures rapid vacuuming, enabling you to finalise your orthotics in the shortest possible time. The system is compatible with vacuum socks and standard and hard ESVs via the V-VAC system. This allows you to control the vacuum pump independently and explore different thermoforming techniques directly from your equipment.
