What delivery methods are available?
- DPD Classic Europe. Delivery in member state of the European Union (See the detailed list at the bottom of the page). From Monday to Friday to have your parcel sent to the desired address.
- Standard UPS: Delivery in Switzerland from Monday to Friday, with your parcel delivered to your chosen address.
What are the delivery times?
We try to guarantee you the best delivery times.
All orders placed online will be shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends). If a product is no longer in stock, you will be informed when it becomes available, if you enter your email address on the product form.
What are the delivery costs?
For member state of the European Union:
Delivery costs depend on the delivery method selected. For all orders between 50€ and 199€ excluding VAT, the delivery rates are:
- DPD Classic: 15€ excl. VAT or 18€ incl. VAT
Postage is free for orders over 200€ excl. VAT.
Orders below 50€ excl .VAT will not be accepted.
For Switzerland:
Delivery charges depend on the delivery method selected. For orders between €50 (excl. VAT) and €369.99 (excl. VAT), the delivery charges are:
- UPS Standard: €64.75 excluding VAT, or €77.70 including VAT
For orders over €370 excluding VAT, delivery is free. No orders will be accepted for less than €50 excluding VAT.
What are the delivery areas?
Delivery in Europe : Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands and Slovenia.
