This Maddox test kit is used to identify oculomotor imbalances and their impact on the patient's posture. The red lens placed in front of the eye transforms the point light source into a horizontal red line. The other eye, meanwhile, perceives a white light point. This visual dissociation helps identify ocular coordination abnormalities.

Packaging: sold individually. The kit includes a red Maddox lens consisting of 17 biconvex cylindrical diopters and an eye shield.

Find on your customer account under the "My rewards" tab the number of points you have collected and the history.

Convert your PodiaPoints into a discount voucher

500 PodiaPoints = 1 euro, you must collect at least 5000 PodiaPoints to generate your €10 discount voucher. To generate a voucher, simply click on the "Transform my rewards into a XX€ discount voucher" button. Once the voucher is generated, a line will be added to your loyalty page: "Available discount vouchers." with the details of a promo code and its euro amount and its expiration date.
A promo code generated through PodiaPoints is valid for 1 year from the day of creation.

How do I apply my discount code to my order?

Several possibilities:

From your reward page, click on "add to cart". It will automatically be added to your cart, and the discount will be applied to the total order.
On the cart page, a discount code marked "loyalty reward" will be displayed below the voucher box. Simply click on your discount code to apply it to your cart.
