Buy and Earn
Each time you make a purchase, you'll earn PodiaPoints in your personal wallet. How do I know how many points an item is worth?
On each product page, under the add to basket button, you'll find the number of points for each item. Easily recognisable by an icon.
Where can I check my wallet?
You can find the number of points you have earned and your history in your customer account in the "My Rewards" tab. Your PodiaPoints will be credited to your customer account when your order is delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not place an order on the E-Podiatech website within 6 months, your PodiaPoints balance will be lost.
Turn your PodiaPoints into discount vouchers
500 Podiapoints = 1 euro; you must earn at least 5,000 PodiaPoints to generate your €10 discount voucher. To generate a discount voucher, simply click on the "Convert my rewards into a XX€ discount voucher" button. Once the voucher has been generated, a line will be added to your loyalty page: "Available discount vouchers", with details of the discount code, its value in euros and its validity date.
A promotional code generated by PodiaPoints is valid for 1 year from the day it is created.
How do I add my discount code to my order?
There are several options:
- From your rewards page, click on 'add to basket'. Your rewards will automatically be added to your basket and the discount will be applied to the total order.
- On the basket page, a discount code marked 'loyalty reward' will be displayed below the voucher insert. Simply click on your discount code to add it to your basket.
Extra rewards at every event
With your loyalty account, you'll earn extra points for every PodiaPoints event on the site. For example, double points over a given period, loyalty rewarded with points bonuses, etc.
